Formal complaints of discrimination are now filed directly with the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Information about human rights, the Human Rights Code, and how to file a complaint is available on this site, from the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Ministry of the Attorney General, and through Government Agent offices across BC. Coinciding with the opening of a new direct
access Tribunal in BC, a publicly funded human rights clinic has
been established to provide those making complaints with the supports
